Athletes train two to three times a week learning the basics of artistic swimming and creating routines and a strong foundation of the sport.

Intermediate & Novice

Athletes train three to four times per week, gaining strength in their skills. These athletes compete in local and regional based competitions.

competitive team

Athletes train four to six days per week, depending on age level. These athletes are competing locally, regionally, and at national competitions and championships.

Our team is committed to contributing back to our community with a minimum of six community service projects per season

Strength & Conditioning

Athletes ages eight and older will participate in strength training through our partners at The Armory, helping them build strength and confidence in our sport and beyond.
